 April 15, 2023 Major Taylor Carolinas Unity Ride Charlotte, N.C.  The Major Taylor Carolinas Unity Ride in Charlotte, N.C., brought together about 120 riders from the Major Taylor Cycling Clubs of North Carolina and South Carolina on 20- and 40-mile bike rides. Proceeds benefit the clubs' "adopted" school, Montclaire Elementary School in Charlotte, where students will learn about 1899 world cycling champion Major Taylor.
